I saw 2 green ele items drop.

One 20/20 Water Staff with a total of +15 Energy and +30 Health
and a water wand (I forget the stats)

(they both had fancy names that I forgot, but that is basically what they were)

Unfortunately all the green drops went to other party members and I got squat I'd really like that water staff as I have an ele that uses the collector's water staff right now, but it would be cool to have a green one!

... great, i thought 2k is a bit too expensive, and now these swords are worth millions. GREAT. anyone wants to sell their +5 energy for .. 5k?

Are these swords gone for good? or just the ability to get them? if anyone finds it, be sure to post. the green stuff seems rather worthless, while the +5 energy sword was unique. oh well.

Here's a green ele staff

These green items seem pretty common. I've had bout 2 from about 5 bosses (whilst teamed up with some henchies).

*edit yeah sorry staff my mistake *

Sorry are you on drugs? how is this anything for a casual gamer? its going to be farmed to RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO, so all the lite players have these items, then nerfed so only the elite have them and the casual gamer wonthave access to them anymore. Its going to be hard enough to even get to SF for me.

Its fairly easy to get too, even with the henchies from the citadel.

I don't know what you're talking about...How can they be farmed when they are guaranteed drops?? It's stupid to buy it when you can have it by doing the quests/killing the boss. And they won't be 'exclusive' because sooner or later everyone will have them which is good in my humble opinion.

Well, I only had an hour of playing time last night and due to the excitement that came with the update, seeing a new item drop caused me to ramble on about possibilities. If these are near-common drops, this will be a good thing for casual players that drift between PvE and PvP because it will keep those perfect weapons down in price.

My theory about these weapons is that each boss drops a weapon or off-hand item specific to their class and build. After a few days of playing, this fanbase should be able to confirm this.

These new items are so awesome. I have the excitement and passion I once felt when they were releasing new items in D2
